Teletherapy
Many clients discovered the convenience and surprising effectiveness of teletherapy during the COVID-19 pandemic and prefer virtual sessions. Therefore we will be continuing to provide this option.
Telehealth may be a good option for individuals with busy schedules, travel constraints, or those who prefer receiving care from home.
